Create Team Members

Once you’ve successfully logged in to clockin, it’s time to add your employees.

Here's how: 

  1. Open the Employee Overview and click the blue button: + Add employee.

  2. To get started quickly, it’s enough to fill in the mandatory fields First name and Last name. However, we recommend also adding the email address and entering the contractual annual leave under Contract data.

☝️ Pro tip:
If you're starting with clockin during the year, it's best to only enter the remaining vacation days for the current year. Otherwise, you'd have to manually enter all absences from previous months.

 

       3. Don't forget to click the Save button.
